With the consolidation of Yahoo! and MSN, advertisers can now have their ads show up on both search engines concurrently. Microsoft Ad Center often has a smaller price per click for certain keywords, so it's certainly worth investigating as an alternative PPC ad platform.
Setting up your ads and ad groups can be a bit more cumbersome on the Microsoft ad platform, but again, you are getting exposure on two serious search engines with a lone campaign. The traffic on these two combined search engines is still not as plentiful as on Google, but you are not paying as much, and because it is PPC, you only pay for the clicks you really get.
With over 500 million users, over 50% of which log into their accounts daily, Facebook is no longer to be excluded as a way to get in front of your target audience. Facebook PPC is still very young, but it is very rapidly winning in popularity. Facebook PPC allows advertisers to get very special when it comes to reaching their target audience. You can pick statistical information about your target audience such as their age, gender, location, education level, and interests.
Facebook is not a search engine and their ads have a tendency to have a smaller CTR in some instances than on Google, but you get a larger opportunity to be seen by your particular target audience.
